Magnetic foil is suitable for flexible markings, labels, signs, organization, and many applications on ferromagnetic surfaces. Depending on the version, it can be cut, printed, labeled, or used with an adhesive backing, making it versatile for use in offices, advertising, warehouses, production, and industry.

The adhesive force depends not only on the thickness, but also on the magnetic material, the magnetization, and the size of the contact surface. For applications with higher holding requirements, more strongly magnetized or higher-adhesion magnetic sheets are suitable. The technical specifications of the respective version are always the deciding factor.

Thinner magnetic sheets are more flexible and well-suited for lightweight labeling and larger surfaces. Thicker or more strongly magnetized versions can offer higher adhesive force, but are less flexible. The right choice depends on the application, surface, size, and desired adhesive force.

Magnetic sheeting is particularly suitable for larger surfaces, signs, and custom cuts. Magnetic tape is narrower and practical for long, linear applications. Which version is more suitable depends on whether a larger surface area or a narrow magnetic strip is required.

First, check that the mating surface is truly ferromagnetic, clean, and as level as possible. Layers of paint, gaps, unevenness, and a contact area that is too small can significantly reduce the adhesive force. If that is not sufficient, a larger surface or a more strongly adhesive magnetic sheet may be appropriate.
